Right of Withdrawal (withdrawal pursuant to Art. 125-ter of the Italian Banking Act – T.U.B.) from the Agos financing agreement
The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement by the due date of the first installment by sending a written withdrawal request to Agos via email (clienti@agos.it), certified email / PEC (info@pec.agosducato.it), regular mail (Viale Fulvio Testi, 280 - 20126 Milan), or online using the dedicated feature on the website http://www.agos.it/recesso.aspx, including for financing requests made through remote channels. In the event of a pre-amortization period, the Customer’s withdrawal notice must be sent, using the methods described above, within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the financing request.
