The repayment is divided into two periods of 48+36 months, with different installment amounts. At the end of the first period, you can choose to pay with a final balloon payment or continue with regular installments. After regular payment of the first 6 installments, you can call the number 02.69943001 and agree with Agos on how to modify the installment amount and/or the loan duration, within the established limits, for a maximum of 3 times during the loan term, with at least 6 months between requests and a redefinition of the repayment plan without any change to TAN. The duration of the repayment plan may not exceed the maximum term set by Agos and indicated in the contract. Right of Withdrawal (withdrawal pursuant to Art. 125-ter of the Italian Banking Act – T.U.B.) from the Agos financing agreement

The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement by the due date of the first installment by sending a written withdrawal request to Agos via email (clienti@agos.it), certified email / PEC (info@pec.agosducato.it), regular mail (Viale Fulvio Testi, 280 - 20126 Milan), or online using the dedicated feature on the website http://www.agos.it/recesso.aspx, including for financing requests made through remote channels. In the event of a pre-amortization period, the Customer’s withdrawal notice must be sent, using the methods described above, within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the financing request.
