(Whistleblower protection)

Our company has established an internal whistleblowing system and receives notifications in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on Whistleblower Protection. Below you will find all the whistleblowing channels along with a description of how to submit and track a notification. Only the relevant person can see the notification received. All information provided is therefore completely safe.

Options for submitting notifications

In accordance with the Act, we allow you to submit a notification in writing, orally or in person.

  • In writing

    By using the notification form at https://www.nntb.cz/c/29bwtcqw. Notifications can be tracked at https://www.nntb.cz/c/29bwtcqw under Check Notifications by entering the unique key you receive after submitting the notification.

  • Orally

    You can record a voice recording in the notification form. Notifications made in this form can also be tracked at https://www.nntb.cz/c/29bwtcqw in the Check Notifications section by entering the unique key you receive after submitting the notification.

  • In person

    To the appropriate person within 14 days by appointment at the above contacts. The Competent Person will make a report of such notification.

What is considered a notification under the Act?

If you give notice of conduct that:

  1. has the elements of a criminal offence,
  2. has the characteristics of an offence for which the law provides for a fine of at least CZK 100,000,
  3. violates the Whistleblower Protection Act, or
  4. violates another legal regulation or a regulation of the European Union in the areas specified in the Act (e.g. financial services, corporate income tax, consumer protection, environmental protection, etc.).

Protection of personal data

The competent person is obliged to keep an electronic record of data on received notifications and to keep notifications submitted through the internal notification system and documents related to the notification for 5 years from the date of receipt of the notification. Only the competent person shall have access to the register and the documents relating to the notification and to the notifications stored, in the case of notifications submitted through the internal notification system.

External notification channel

Exclusion

The obliged entity excludes receiving a notification from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity as referred to in section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
